João joined Basch & Rameh in May 2025, focusing on Aviation Law and Corporate Law. In the aviation sector, his practice includes strategic litigation before regulatory authorities, preparation of documentation for cross-border aircraft leasing and import transactions, registrations before the Brazilian Aeronautical Registry (RAB) and the International Registry, aircraft repossession matters, civil liability in air transportation, and regulatory issues involving National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC) regulations, the Cape Town Convention, and other applicable regulations. In the corporate field, he has experience in corporate matters and commercial agreements.
