Graduated from University of São Paulo (USP), Brazil, LLB (2007). Specialization in Corporate Law at Fundação Getúlio Vargas – GVLaw (2011). Master’s Degree in Business Law at São Paulo School of Law of Fundação Getúlio Vargas (2016). Courses “Ethics, Corruption and Compliance” (2016) and “Law and Technology” (2018) by the São Paulo School of Law of Fundação Getúlio Vargas. LL.M. at New York University School of Law (2017). Experience

Victor joined Basch & Rameh in May 2004 and is responsible for the business and corporate sectors of the law firm. His expertise includes foreign investments in Brazil, asset and project finance as well as advising financial institutions within the oil and gas sector.
